Transport Formalities

• No refundable ticket but possibility to modify it with penalties

Check in deadlines

• International flights: 40 min. before scheduled flight departure time.

Travelling documents

• International flights: valid passport or identity card, and, for minors who don't travel with both parents, a proof that they have permission to leave the country they live in.

Baggage Allowances

• International flights : 33 pounds (15 kg)
• Excess luggage : please, ask the airline company you travel with
• Only one bag (22 pounds maximum = 10 kg) authorized in cabin
• Prepaid Baggage Fee : 4,5 € per bag and per travel
• Not prepaid Baggage Fee : 10 € per bag and per travel (to be paid at departure)
• Any luggage exceeding 44 pounds (15 kg) will inevitably be taxed of 8 € per exceeding kilo. No pooling/sharing baggage allowances are permitted, even for passengers travelling together on the same reservation.

Forbidden items during transport

• Cabin and hold: explosive, inflammable, corrosive, oxidizing, irritant, toxic and magnetic items, compressed gases and items forbidden by States.
• Cabin: firearms, blades, anti-aggression sprays, non bodily aerosols...All bottles and tubes of a maximum of 100ml each must be carried separately in a clear plasti zip-top bag not exceeding 20x20cm and presented at the security checkpoint. (more)
